Guarantee conditions for private customers
As a purchase contract partner, we grant you an extended warranty in addition to the statutory defect rights on the product 2 or 5 year warranty (for selected brands and models) a. The period for calculating the warranty period begins from the delivery date. The geographical scope of the guarantee protection is Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
The guarantee refers to the freedom from defects of the product, including functionality, material or production defects. If a defect occurs during the guarantee period, we will provide you with one of the following services at our discretion within the scope of this guarantee:
- free repair of the product (repair) or
- Free exchange of the product for an equivalent product (subsequent delivery)
In the event of a necessary replacement or repair in our specialist workshop or that of the manufacturer, we will arrange the necessary transport; we will bear the costs for this. We will provide you with any necessary packaging material upon request.
The guarantee covers the reimbursement of the following costs:
- Material costs and costs for repairing defective parts or replacing them
- Wages for correcting errors
- Arrival and departure costs
- Transport costs free curbside
If you receive a repaired or new product as part of the warranty service, this has no influence on the current warranty period. The warranty does not restart upon repair/replacement of the product.
Exclusions / Waiver of Warranty
Warranty claims are excluded if the product is damaged by:
- that occur during assembly and/or dismantling of the item, as well as transport damage of any kind and damage that occurs in connection with a move
- Batteries and accumulators in small massage devices or remote controls
- Damage caused by pets (scratches, animal urine, etc.)
- caused by gross negligence, intent or by third parties
- Discoloration caused by color transfer from foreign textiles or clothing
- which occur as a result of operational wear and tear or due to ageing, wear and tear, contamination, spoilage, lightening, and which lead to typical product changes in the properties of cover materials such as grease rash, hedge cracks, mast folds or pilling formation or the peeling and brittleness of leather covers (wear and tear),
- as well as damage caused by short circuits, lightning strikes, overvoltage or operating errors
- caused by failure to observe safety precautions, improper use, misuse, or lack of care contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations
- caused by setting up the item in the immediate vicinity of heat sources (e.g. tiled stoves and fireplaces), as well as disregarding the manufacturer's installation instructions
- caused by corrosion or limescale deposits
- which were caused by external influences on the item (e.g. breakage, bending, scratches, burn marks, scorching damage, cracks, cuts, etc.)
- caused by weather or moisture
- through earthquakes, wars, war-like events, terror, nuclear energy or nuclear substances
- improper treatment and use of force (e.g. vandalism, hits, pushes, falling)
- through gradual exposure to cold, heat, temperature and air pressure fluctuations, moisture, smoke, soot, dust, corrosion, light and radiation, as well as internal spoilage (gradual damage)
- Costs of an overhaul or other measures that would have been necessary regardless of the damage
- Additional costs resulting from changes or improvements that go beyond restoration
- Massage chairs that are not exclusively used privately, for example through rental, rental or studio operations
The guarantee also does not cover personal injury or consequential damage or damage caused outside of the device.
The dealer guarantee does not restrict your legal rights from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. This dealer guarantee therefore does not violate your legal rights, but rather expands your legal status.
If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether there is a warranty claim or the warranty is being used.
