The installation location
The location where your massage chair will later stand should be carefully considered. Almost every chair has enough space at approx. 2 × 1 m to be positioned easily. But even if things are a little tighter, we will definitely find a suitable model for you. Our recommendation: put it where you will use it most often and thereby get the most added value for yourself.
Most models now have so-called Zero Wall technology, which means that the chair can be placed close to a wall (5-10 cm). However, a few models require a distance of up to 40 cm from the wall behind them. This must be taken into account.
Narrow access routes or maneuverable staircases and the classic narrow doors with a width of less than 80 cm can be a real challenge; an inventory should be made in advance. If things get tight, we can also come with an outside lift or crane that can lift a chair through the skylight.

The shipping and delivery of a massage chair needs to be well planned. As a rule, we ship our massage chairs from our own warehouse and not as direct deliveries from wholesalers like some competitors. This enables us to have very short delivery times of 3 to 5 days. Important: Please be very precise when specifying door widths and any steps or staircases that may need to be overcome so that we do not experience any surprises.
If we know in advance, delivery to a balcony or attic is also possible using an outside lift or crane.
After the massage chair is set up, assembled and ready for use, you take a seat and all functions of the chair are checked. We will also take care of the proper disposal of the packaging and the relaxing massages in your home or company can begin.

Error or problem
So you don't have to keep the packaging for years or worry about sending it in. We think that such customer-oriented service cannot be found everywhere.
Maintenance
We compare the effort with that of a washing machine: here, too, there is a lot of rotation and there are bearings and seals. But honestly, how often have you carried out technical maintenance on your washing machine?
Of course, it can make sense to check here and there every few months, especially after intensive use, to see if there are any visible changes anywhere. However, if you use it regularly and properly, there is no reason why your massage chair will last a long time.
In rare exceptions, for example, it may happen that the manufacturer applied a little too little oil to the machinery during production and the massage chair may squeak slightly. In these cases, we will of course send something and instruct you on how to use it or come by in person.
